Please note that atleast one author per accepted paper must be registered by the 7 November 2008 inorder to have the paper published in the Conference Proceedings (available in CD only).

*** For COSNet members who are either ECRs or students only. ECR is defined as someone who has completed his/her PhD in the last 5 years (i.e., 2003 - 2008). Please refer to the following COSNet webpage for information on how to become a COSNet member.
**** For authors who have submitted multiple papers and only one person attending the conference, each additional paper will be charged $100.
